Unless the customer specifies before shipping, we will be happy to take care of shipping. Please note that for special delivery and expedited shipping requirements, additional fees may be required.

If you are unable to receive the goods from one or more of our standard carriers, just contact us before or immediately after placing the order so that our shipping department can choose the best carrier for your address.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. We also provide replacement products for the rest of your 12-month warranty period.

Refund

After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive an email confirmation about the returned item. We will also notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed and your original payment method will be credited. Please wait 24 to 48 hours for these changes to be reflected in your account. Please note that the turnaround time varies by financial institution.

From the date of purchase, each amplifier has a 12-month warranty. The warranty covers all items except for lost or stolen items.

Sales item

Overdue or lost refund

Once your return is accepted, your money will be refunded. This will be reflected in your account within 24-48 hours. If there is no refund after 24-48 hours, please contact your bank. If you have completed all these operations, but still have not received a refund, please contact us at service@jhhearingaids.com.

Giveaway

If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card as the value of your return. After receiving the returned item, a gift certificate from www.jinghaomedical.com will be sent to you.

At present, we will not return the goods to anyone other than the purchaser, unless it is indicated as a gift and mailed directly to the purchaser. If the item is not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the person who provided the gift has already shipped the order to himself and will give it to you later, we will refund them.
